Basic Principles

Prohibited Conduct

The following acts are prohibited.

  1. Account & Security
    • Sharing, transferring, or lending your ID or password.
    • Impersonating another individual.
    • Registering with false or misleading information.
  2. Legal & Regulatory Violations
    • Violating laws or public order and morals.
    • Engaging in or promoting criminal activity.
    • Repeated delays or nonpayment of obligations.
    • Associating with or providing benefits to antisocial forces.
  3. Service Disruption
    • Unauthorized access or attempts thereof.
    • Destroying, interfering with, or obstructing systems or services.
  4. Content-Related Misconduct
    • Posting content without the rights or permission to do so.
    • Disclosing another person’s personal information without consent.
    • Posting violent, sexual, or discriminatory content.
    • Promoting or glorifying self-harm, suicide, or drug abuse.
    • Intentionally spreading misinformation or deceptive content.
    • Misrepresenting AI-generated content as human-created.
    • Using or providing other Users’ posts, profiles, or information for machine learning, AI training, or automated data processing without permission.
    • Providing personal-related information (such as cookies or browsing history) to third parties without consent in a manner that could identify an individual.
  5. Harassment & Misconduct Toward Others
    • Harassment, defamation, abusive language, or hostile behavior.
    • Manipulating or deceiving others by exploiting psychological vulnerabilities.
    • Using the Service for sexual, romantic, or indecent purposes (including meeting strangers for such purposes).
    • Political or religious activities, or solicitation.
  6. Other Acts
    • Commercial or profit-seeking activities without express approval from the Operator.
    • Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by the Operator.

Rules

  1. The Service is available to users aged 13 and older. Minors must obtain consent from a legal guardian.
  2. Please remember that your posts may be visible to a broad audience.
  3. Be cautious when sharing or consuming information and avoid spreading misinformation.
  4. Report any inappropriate content or violations you encounter.
  5. Clearly label synthetic or AI-generated text, audio, images, or videos (e.g., “AI-generated”).
